To keep pace, the Mathewsons introduce their new "multiple classic collection plan", much to the amusement of office manager Sarah. Dave sets off to collect a Triumph TR6, a Lotus Cortina and a Mini Mayfair wedding car and bring them back to the auction house. The team heads to The Wirral for a rare survivor, a DAF 33 from the ‘70s. "It's a car that had a bit of an image issue back in the day, but it also had a gearbox ahead of its time," says Derek - as everyone tries to explain how it works before the car is auctioned off. A near-perfect ‘50s Chevy panel van and a very desirable low-mileage ‘80s Brooklands Capri tempt auctioneer Derek out of Yorkshire, but traffic chaos on the way to Wales puts him way behind schedule.
