HALLOWEEN JACK 3D (2022) is bringing old-school 3D shocks back and with a sweet, sweet, sweet dash of British humour. There's plenty on offer here for horror fans with nods to the classics, including the opening credits and score of 'Friday the 13th Part III' being homaged. The running time is swift at 64mins and it's easy to be taken away with the events on screen. I watched the feature in anaglyph 3D, where there was solid depth and some ghosting from time-to-time (mainly when the credits appear) but this small issue can be overlooked because overall the effect works. There is a love for the genre on show here. It may be low budget but this is high entertainment, now all I have to say is... bring on the 8+ sequels.
