F/X man Rollie Tyler is now a toymaker. Mike, the ex-husband of his girlfriend Kim, is a cop. He asks Rollie to help catch a killer. The operation goes well until some unknown man kills both the killer and Mike. Mike's boss, Silak says it was the killer who killed Mike but Rollie knows it wasn't. Obviously, Silak is involved with Mike's death, so he calls on Leo McCarthy, the cop from the last movie, who is now a P.I., for help and they discover it's not just Silak they have to worry about.

This video is as much about Joe as it is about the people that he filmed. Joe was able to make people feel comfortable enough to let themselves go in front of his lens. I used to watch the raw footage of Joe’s hours of interview footage culled from walking the streets of cities all over. I was constantly amazed at his ability to find these totally unique people. When you watch this you will see what I’m talking about. Reminds me of a quote I have heard over the years, something that amounts to those who can see it (in) others must have some of it in themselves.

How to Make an Album and Influence People is a documentary DVD covering the making of State of Emergency, showing live and behind the scenes footage of the band. Starting from laying down the basic tracks in a practice studio, to the re-introduction of Nick Launay (producer of the band's second studio album, Roll On) and playing a gig at Splendour in the Grass in 2005, before heading to the studio to record and mix the album. The DVD came as a bonus with the limited edition album.
