The tale of "Andher Nagari Chaupat Raja" revolves around a poor father and his daughter. There is a villager who has an ugly daughter.

The year is 1942 and Advocate M.L. Gupta lives a wealthy lifestyle along with his wife, Maya, in Churchgate, Bombay.
