A woman who runs a bar with her older sister has her life disrupted when she has a chance meeting with an old lover.

The fourth in the "Honban" series, focusing on the current trend of young ladies, mixing the formal aspects of the front (tea, flowers, horseback riding, etc.) with the honest aspects of the behind the scenes. It is a "making of a young lady" movie that depicts the attempt to create a young lady.

A poor artist becomes obsessed with a rich young woman who is about to become engaged and decides to kidnap her. Understandably she is not happy about this but as her confinement continues she slowly comes to know her kidnapper.

Haruhiko, a painting student, is intertwined violently until the morning in an old Western-style building. Haruhiko, who works at a bar in Sanada where many gay men gather, continues this relationship sly, thinking that it is not something he can continue. At that time, Shingo comes to the store. Shingo always goes to a hill overlooking the city of Yokohama, where Haruhiko often goes to sketch. Feeling destined, Haruhiko gently put his hand on Shingo's hand.

A man stabbed another man with a pair of scissors. The fallen man was his rival designer, Aoki. The main character is a very famous designer who works on Miya-sama's dress. Suddenly the famous designer wakes up, the corpse of Aoki disappeared as soon as he took his eyes off. The anxious designer teacher asks his disciple Reiji for comfort. There is another disciple called Junko present in the home. Next to him is Aoki, who should have died but is alive. Apparently these two are planning something. A designer teacher and two disciples at a villa by the sea. Is it a love-hate drama that unfolds in a closed room? No, that's not all.

A man is walking alone in a scenic city of Kyoto, a young man with an unfamiliar expression is in front of him. Apparently the young man was touched by him. The man's name was Bensuke Musashi. He was a bad guy who roamed the city of Kyoto and forcibly invited any young guy he saw so he could embrace them. Bensuke now has slept with 999 men. One day Bensuke approaches Gojo Ohashi, a mysterious young man wearing a veil.

Cult filmmaker Hisayasu Sato's second comedy of the year, this silly softcore effort stars pretty Nao Kikuchi as a young married woman who takes a job at a call-girl agency with the mistaken belief that it is a maid service. After she is raped on her first assignment, Kikuchi is understandably shocked, but quickly warms to her new career and becomes quite the professional. Unfortunately, her husband soon discovers the true nature of her work.

A mentally disturbed prostitute claims to have lost her baby in a heavy S&M session. As she begins a similar relationship with a man whose wife left him because of his kinky urges, their mutual mental deterioration leads them down a spiral toward a double-suicide pact.

Although its title indicates three personalities, the heroine of cult filmmaker Hisayasu Sato’s downbeat multiple-personality tale actually exhibits four, going from loving wife to crazed slut to insane child to depressed adolescent. As usual, Sato fills the film with alienation, kinky sex, and psychological subplots.
