In a post-war alternative timeline, Japan is divided into the North, controlled by the Union, and the South, controlled by the United States. In the year 2029, the barriers of our world have been broken down by the net and by cybernetics, but this brings new vulnerability to humans in the form of brain-hacking. This engaging series of childhood recollections tells of an unconventional school in Tokyo during World War II that combined learning with fun, freedom, and love. The school had old railroad cars for classrooms and was run by an extraordinary man – its founder and headmaster, Sōsaku Kobayashi – who deeply valued children's independence, and who was a firm believer in freedom of expression and activity.

Set in Delicious Town, a wonderful town where delicious food from all over the world gathers, the story depicts the PreCures who work to protect people's "delicious smiles." One day, "Dreamia", a "children's lunch theme park" where you can play and eat as much as you want, opens in a delicious town. Komekome and the others had fun playing together, including having Cait Sith, the school principal, treat the children to lunch, but Rosemary turned into a stuffed animal...

Masaki, an average college student, is walking through the park when he crosses eyes with Abe, an older mechanic sitting on a bench. Upon seeing him, Masaki says to himself "Uho, hot guy!" while Abe promptly unzips his jumpsuit, reveals his "unit" out in the open and asks, "Shall we do it?". They then proceed to the washroom and have sex.

Awaiting new club leader Kumiko is the Ensemble Contest, and the school's preliminary competition to determine the representative team to participate. Kumiko tries her best to make it to the preliminaries without incident, but the concert band club is so large that there seems to be no end to the problems. And as club leader, she finds herself busy consulting on all sorts of matters. While the other members are deciding on their teams, Kumiko herself hasn't even decided which she will join...

The story centers on the "Pole Dance Japan Cup" competition, where protagonist Hinano Hoshikita and her friends will compete as the Galaxy Princesses. They will compete with the competition's four-time champion team, Aile d'Ange.

On the planet Lotus, all is well. The reigning lord, Lord British, thinks of building a shrine or temple. The next day, as the generals and escorts prepare for the lord, the sun dies out, and is replaced by a burning, orange planet. This orange planet engulfs Lotus in light and causes havoc with the weather. Lord British then consults his advisory, an old, twin horned being. He identifies the planet as an inorganic star run by the invaders called bacterians, as told in the prophecy and seals of the planet. The weather worsens. Suddenly, a big serpent can be seen moving chaotically through magma.

Nanami is left homeless after her father runs away due to debts. When she saves a man named Mikage from dogs, he gives her his house which turns out to be a shrine and she becomes the new deity.
