Jack Torrance accepts a caretaker job at the Overlook Hotel, where he, along with his wife Wendy and their son Danny, must live isolated from the rest of the world for the winter. But they aren't prepared for the madness that lurks within.

Secret societies is the new code word for organizations believed to pull the strings of the world. These groups have been both credited and blamed for great many nefarious acts perpetrated against humanity. Among the most infamous of secret societies stand without doubt the shadowy Illuminati.

Nuan, a pretty nurse is engaged to Chai, a son from the wealthy Wongwuttiporn family which owns a huge mansion, which is eventually given to the young couple as a wedding gift. Meanwhile, Khun Ying, Chai's mother, plots to take the mansion back for herself in order to trade it to someone to get money for her debts. In order to do so, she has to get rid of Nuan. Unexpectedly, Nuan is killed and comes back to the mansion as a vengeful ghost to haunt Khun Ying and the people who caused her death.

Originally founded as Freedman’s Town after the Civil War, The Fourth Ward is one of the oldest and most culturally significant black communities in Houston, Texas. In the 1970s, the city along with big business interests planned to redevelop the Fourth Ward in order to revitalize the dilapidated real estate and freshen the image of downtown Houston. The price of progress in this case would be the removal of many poor black families. The film explores a complex series of encounters with elected city officials, businessmen and the people of Fourth Ward in order to better understand how a city like Houston works. Who makes the decisions about where resources are spent and so determines the growth and wealth of the community.

Two paranormal investigators are unexpectedly thrown together in the hope of solving a 100 year mystery. Locked for three nights in a house with a dark and unsettling past, the two investigators must put their differences to one side and work together. They soon discover the myths and stories are nothing compared to what actually resides within the eerie walls of Richwood Manor. Scepticism and showmanship are soon put to one side when the two investigators realise there is more at stake than just their professional reputation. Aek becomes a taxi driver after getting laid off from his job. However, the money seems to be better than he expected. Everything goes fine beside the fact that he keeps dreaming about a lady who has been in his taxi. Later after he falls in love with a girl named Fon the lady in the dream becomes very angry. His taxi is now officially haunted.

After an older lady hangs herself in a church, a new psychiatrist discovers she was obsessed with the disappearance of his eight-year-old son, who vanished three years earlier. Meanwhile, three city dwellers are restoring a house when they realize it is haunted.

When a single mother and her two young daughters moved into their new home - adjacent to a cemetery - they had no idea they were making the biggest mistake of their lives. The family's "dream house" ultimately became their worst nightmare when they realized it was inhabited by an aggressive & territorial spirit.
