Among Ravens

Hattie, a New Orleans prostitute, meets a photographer named Bellocq at her brothel one night and, after he photographs her, he befriends her 12-year-old daughter, Violet. When Violet is brought on as a working girl by her mother's madam and Hattie skips town to get married, Violet quickly loses her innocence and focuses on reuniting with Bellocq. But a life with Bellocq is compromised for Violet after her mother returns to town.

A young man goes through life detached, alone, and unable to control his psychotic desire to kill the things he loves most. Employed as a cameraman in a seedy porno operation, he spends his days separated from the shame and degradation by the camera he uses to record it. When he is confronted with the reality of an actual sexual encounter, without his camera for protection, he invariably strangles his partner during the lovemaking process. But then he meets a girl...and the nightmare begins!

An elderly couple leave their retirement home to make one last journey back to their home in the Western Fjords.

Set in the 1960s, a young photographer becomes obsessed photographing a grieving man - the man that holds the truth to her brother's murder. She pushes the man into a spiral, and when her obsession comes to a sour end, realizes the tragic mistake she has made.

ON EDGE is a short film directed and written by Noemi Miranda, accompanied by her co-writers Jose Vera, Paulina Jara and Valentina Nuñez. Performed by the theater workshop of the Terraustral Oeste School. After returning to Los Angeles from a group therapy session, documentary filmmaker Bob Sanders and his wife, Carol, find themselves becoming vigilante couples counselors, offering unsolicited advice to their best friends, Ted and Alice Henderson. Not wanting to be rude, the Hendersons play along, but some latent sexual tension among the four soon comes bubbling to the surface, and long-buried desires don't stay buried for long.

Lovely Pinky Malhotra is a heart-breaker in the college where she studies, and has a number of young men who would lay down their lives for her. Amongst them are Sunil and Vicky. She is attracted to Sunil, and both carry on a romantic relationship, hoping to get married after finishing college. Before that could happen, Pinky finds out that Sunil has been two-timing her as he is already dating another young collegian. Angered and hurt at this, she decides she will have nothing to do with him, and starts her romance with Vicky. Sunil, who does not know what has transpired, wants to talk to Pinky with a view of rekindling their romance, but Pinky refuses to speak with him. The question remains is Sunil really in love with another girl, and if so, why did he take the trouble to woo Pinky?

When a girl has her friends come along with her to scatter her father's ashes at the old family farm, strange things begin to happen. A warm campfire and scary stories is only the beginning to a night she'll never forget.
