Safia, a 25 year old policewoman, fulfills her dream and joins the prestigious 36 quai des Orfèvres (the headquarters of the criminal investigations department of the Parisian police) after 5 years of service in Clichy-sous-bois. On her very first day, totally out of the blue, she comes across a dangerous gangster who defies her ruthlessly.

Assigned to keep watch over a recently released gangster, an insurance investigator must keep the client alive after he is taken hostage by former henchmen.

After serving time, a defiant street thug is incensed to find his town overrun by two yakuza factions. He gathers his crew and takes them on.

In the series premiere, Baloo, an air cargo pilot, meets Kit Cloudkicker, a 12-year-old orphan, and takes him on as his navigator. Meanwhile, Don Karnage, a notorious air pirate, uses a special gem stolen from Shere Khan's company, Khan Industries, to power a lightning gun and threaten Cape Suzette.

A detective's bride and her bridesmaid are raped and killed on the eve of the wedding, and the bodies are left covered in red roses. The detective is drugged and framed for the murders and he must clear his name and find the killers.
