Pierre Boulez conducts the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus in a special concert from the Barbican, as part of the composer's 80th birthday celebrations. The programme contains two compositions by Debussy; Jeux and Trois ballades de Villon, as well as Daphnis et Chloé by Ravel, featuring soprano Elizabeth Atherton as soloist.Presenter Charles Hazlewood interviews Boulez and discusses the concert with guest Sir Peter Maxwell Davies.

On July 21, 1983, the legendary Diana Ross took the stage in New York's Central Park before an audience of over 800,000. Soon after the entertainer began, pouring rain and heavy wind threatened to put an end to the show, but Diana pushed on for much of the set, urging the drenched crowd to remain calm and stay with her. Eventually the torrential storm put an end to the performance, but not before Diana promised her fans she would return the next day. True to her word, Diana performed the entire concert again on July 22nd for the people of New York.

The live DVD/Bluray/2CD features two of Within Temptation’s most talked about arena shows ever: the symphonic 'Elements' show from 2012 at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp celebrating the bands 15th anniversary and the final show of the 'Hydra' European tour in the Heineken Music Hall in May 2014. In an intimate evening of music and storytelling filmed on Sting’s birthday during a run of benefit concerts at The Public Theater in New York City, “The Last Ship” features Sting joined by 14 musicians performing original songs from his critically acclaimed album and Broadway musical of the same name. Inspired by his childhood experiences, “The Last Ship,” is set in the seafaring town of Wallsend in the north-east of England where Sting was born and raised and marks his Broadway debut as a composer. Long considered one of the top keyboardists of the prog rock era, Rick Wakeman's 2001 concert DVD release, The Legend, touches upon many different eras of the musician's long and winding career. Recorded during Wakeman's 2000 U.K. tour, he performs the entire set solo, often chatting with the audience (and he proves to be quite comical, telling a Spinal Tap-esque story of a concert from the mid-'70s that went terribly wrong due to over-drinking and faulty stage props).
