Elijah Kane Is on a new mission for the government after being promised that the CIA will provide information about who put out a hit on his previous team. After Xiao Yan and Yao Lao broke the battle between the Snake Human Clan and the Human Clan, they traveled with Qing Lin and Mu Li to enhance their strength. They won a three-year agreement with Nalan Yanran, the big disciple of the Yunlan Sect. When they arrived at the Tagore Desert, Qing Lin was unexpectedly abducted. In order to find Qing Lin, Xiao Yan and the others met the once-famous Ice Emperor Haibodong and then traveled to the Red Salt City. In the chaotic city, a black hand slowly revealed its true identity, intending to capture them all. Through Xiao Yan's persistent efforts, the truth about his mother's death during his childhood was gradually revealed.

The film begins with footage of Bruce Lee's funeral. The narrator then says that there is a new actor "who looks quite like him" that will become Lee's successor. His name is Hsao Lung. Later Hsao Lung is filming a movie. On the set, he is approached by a group of gangsters, led by a man named George, who want to control Hsao Lung. Hsao Lung declines, so they go after his girlfriend Alice, forcing her poison Hsao. During sex, the poison takes action and Hsao supposedly dies. Hsao fakes his death and pretends to be a chef so that he can watch over Alice. Alice is kidnapped by the gangsters, so Hsao starts looking for her and goes to a shipyard. There he fights off 4 motorcycle-riding gangsters that are wearing multi-colored tracksuits, one of them being the iconic green and black one from Game of Death. He defeats them and goes to the tower of death.

A samurai is struggling to make ends meet at the end of the Edo period. He has students and, among other things, teaches them about the evils of the government. A member of the yakuza thugs has fallen in love with the samurai's daughter and conspires to report the father to the authorities in order to snatch the girl. The samurai's daughter has a boyfriend who hides the father and daughter from the thug.
