From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Franklin Dyall (3 February 1874, Liverpool – 8 May 1950, Worthing, Sussex) was an English actor. He appeared in 26 films between 1916 and 1948. James Harg and his father work in a steelmaking plant which is incompetently run, with scant attention being paid to worker safety.
